Summit Coffee Co. owners Tim, Brian and Tom Helfrich have created a new non-profit organization, Team Summit Foundation, that will operate separately from the downtown Davidson coffee shop and manage its charitable events, including The Summit Twilight Racing Series. They're planning a kickoff party for the new nonprofit on Friday, Aug. 15.
